Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders through USPS.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During new releases, holidays, or high-order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS and may vary depending on your location. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
